Delta Machine is capable of machining a wide variety of exotic materials including titanium, tantalum, tungsten, G10, stainless steels, and plastics. To support this effort, Delta Machine has established a Quality Assurance Program in conformance with the latest military and international standards. Delta Machine maintains an Approved Vendor base for the performance of secondary processes so they can provide its customers the benefits of a single source adequate to meet all their purchasing requirements.
Delta Machine has an inspection and quality control system which includes incoming, first article, in process, and final inspection:
Secondary processes include: plating, painting, powder coating, electron beam welding, helium leak testing, precision grinding and lapping. Delta Machine utilizes the latest “Job Boss” software for order tracking and manufacturing process routing.
Delta Machine’s machining tools are programmed using PRO CAD which is capable of transferring design data directly to IGES and DXF files.
